Of Mice and Men

Of Mice and Men is a tragic classic by John Steinbeck, published in 1937. Set in California during the Great Depression, it follows two displaced migrant workers: smart but cynical George and his physically massive, mentally disabled friend Lennie. Together, they dream of owning a small farm, but their hopes are destroyed when Lennie accidentally kills their boss's son's wife.
